The build-out was capitalized from her own savings, and since she is a design and business consultant, the place is spotless and beautifully arranged. The space was designed for a coffee shop with the possibility of adding wine and wine tasting with an emphasis on retail sales. The shop is open 6 days a week Tuesday through Friday; 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The shop is presently being run by the Seller and her partner and they are doing about $300 per (plus $30 -$40 per day in tips) day and growing/; in fact the shop has grown steadily since its opening.
